Cancellation/Refund Policy:

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please give no less than 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee, and so that we can allow other clients that are waiting, the opportunity of a treatment slot.

 

A deposit of £10 will be taken when you make your booking to secure you appointment slot. Missed appointments or less than 24 hour notice of cancellation will incur a £10 cancellation fee.

A deposit refund will be given when you (the client) cancels before the allocated 24 hour notice period. 

If you so wish, your deposit of £25 can be used as a transfer for a treatment on another date (as long as you are within the cancellation notice period). To reschedule or cancel your treatment appointment please contact us via email (chris@cjsmuscletherapy.co.uk) or telephone (07743950231)
